Terms & Conditions

Reservation Deposit£500 or €600 (Winter season 1st Dec. – 30th April) or £300 or 350€ (Summer season 1stMay – 30th Nov.) is required when the reservation is made to secure the booking.
Security DepositThis is £300 or €350 and paid with the final balance 2 months prior to your stay.It is repaid within 10 days of the end of your stay.  Our cleaner inspects the chalet at check-out and provides an inventory report plusnote of any damages/loss deductions.
Total rental costs Must be paid two months before the start date of your holiday.If booking within two months the holiday must be paid for in full.
Cancellations & Charges All cancellations or modifications has to be communicate per Email. 
Cancellation fees*: 
Up to 56 days before arrival date – 100% Refund
56 – 29 days prior to arrival date – 50% of the total amount 
28 days prior to arrival date or less – 100% of the total amount will be charged
* does not apply in case of travel ban due to COVID19
Tourism Tax €2.50 per person per day for 13 yrs +
This is paid to the Mairie (Town Hall) each month. The tourist tax will be deductedfrom the security deposit refund, which is refunded to you within 5 days after the endof your stay.
Internet, electricity, hot water & logs:Included in your rental tariff
For our little guests (Baby Equipment)Arrangements can be made to hire & placed in the apartment on your arrival. Amount of £25 /€30 (each, price per week) will be deducted from your security deposit refund. Towels for the baby are provided but not cot bed linen.
Apartment Cleaning & Preparation A 4-5 hour cleaning charge is included in the rate for your stay (cost approx. £130/140€). This ensures the apartment is clean, beds madeup and clean towels ready for all guests holidays. Additional cleaning hours charged at 45€ per hour.
COVID Cleaning Procedures Very high standard of hygiene & cleanliness preparation for your stay.
A full 4 hour disinfecting clean is done the morning of your arrival and surfaces sanitized
– All bed linen, towels & bath robes are laundered at 60C-  Pillows are laundered after each rental, so your pillows will be freshly laundered
– A hand antibacterial dispenser is at the front door of the chalet
– Antibacterial cleanser is in the chaletCleaning products are provided if you wish to use them during your stayOne use disposable rubber gloves are provided (kept under the kitchen sink)
A mid stay clean is not provided now, so no cleaner enters the apartment, but if you wish to change your bed linen, there are spare sets provided
For your towels and dressing gowns, these can be washed using the apartment’s washing machine using the liquid which is also provided
Check In Due to new French rules and regulations for rental properties, we have to allow 6 hours after the departure, before the cleaners can come in and prepare chalet for thenew guests, therefore check in time* is postponed to 17:00 (instead of 16:00).
Parking There is parking in the drive of the Chalet for up to 4 cars.This is also shared with the Chalet bellow. 
During your stay If you require linen changed and/or more laundry during your holiday,arrange via our cleaner. The charge is €30 per change. Extra robes at €10. 
For additional cleaning during your stay, request from our cleaner.(NA during COVID)
Departure – Check OutDue to new French rules and regulations for rental properties, we have to allow 6 hours after the departure, before the cleaners can come in and prepare chalet for the new guests, therefore check out time* is Saturday no later than 09:00 (instead of 10:00). Apartment key: must be left on the dining table.
Departure Procedure Please put ALL used bed linen, towels, and bathrobes, in the laundry bag provided by our Housekeeping Team together with the completed inventory list, and place it outside the chalet. Empty the rubbish bins and leave all furnishings in the position you found them. You can leave the dishwasher running with your breakfast dishes, as the cleaner will unload it when she arrives. 
Leave the apartment tidy; otherwise extra cleaning charges will need to be deducted of the deposit.Advise either Jelica Fischer or chalet manager of any breakages or damage during your stay.
House RulesWe ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted in the chalet.
