• Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR for the necessary processing of personal data to fulfill a legal obligation to which we are subject according to any applicable law of the EU or according to any applicable law of a country in which the GDPR is fully or partially applicable.
• Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR for the necessary processing of personal data in order to safeguard the legitimate interests of us or third parties, unless the fundamental freedoms and fundamental rights and interests of the data subject outweigh them. Legitimate interests are in particular our business interest in being able to provide our website, information security, the enforcement of our own legal claims and compliance with other legal provisions.
If you contact the landlord, the following personal data will be collected from you:

• E-mail address
• In the case of a booking: home address and telephone number
• In the case of a refund: account details
In addition, information is only collected if you expressly consent to its collection and storage.
The personal data is collected to enable and process a booking of the apartment.
For this purpose, we use the secrecy and the persons subject to data protection as part of the service provision.
