Its operation involves technical connection data, browser and device information, the time of a decision, configuration and consent identifiers, and your service choices. These necessary operations start when the banner loads; Google Analytics remains blocked until you allow it. The legal basis is compliance with consent obligations under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR and our legitimate interest in reliable consent management under Article 6(1)(f).
Usercentrics stores consent information in browser storage and documents decisions on its service. You can change your choices at any time using “Privacy choices” in the footer. Only after you allow Google Analytics in Usercentrics, we load Google Analytics 4 to understand visits to our website. You may decline without losing access to any content or enquiry function. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR; access to analytics cookies also requires consent. Before agreement and after rejection, no Analytics script, analytics cookie or consent-denied measurement ping is sent by this website.
The service provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. With permission, Google receives technical connection and visit information such as IP address, browser/device information, the visited page and a pseudonymous cookie identifier. We send the page address without query parameters or fragments and only the origin of the referring website. We do not send names, email addresses, enquiry text, chosen dates or party size to Analytics. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in our website configuration. Visits are statistics, not confirmed enquiries or bookings.
Analytics cookies named _ga and _ga_… are configured for 180 days without extension on each visit. You can change or withdraw consent at any time through “Privacy choices” in the footer. Withdrawal disables measurement, removes these website analytics cookies and reloads the page. It does not retrospectively erase data already processed by Google.

Hosting and connection data
The website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. Serving a page requires technical connection data, including your IP address, requested file, time of access and browser information. These data support website delivery, security and reliable operation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing and securing the website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
For this existing webhosting contract, IONOS documents a maximum availability of eight weeks for access logs. Enquiries and bookings
The enquiry form prepares a draft in your own email application. It does not send a message automatically and has no server-side submission endpoint. Name, email address, preferred dates, party size and your message stay in the page's memory until passed to your email application. Your email provider processes the draft under its own arrangements.
If you send an enquiry, we use your contact details and message to answer it and arrange your stay. For an agreed booking we may also need your home address and telephone number, and account details where a refund is due. Processing for enquiries and bookings is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, and necessary statutory record-keeping on Article 6(1)(c). Additional processing requiring consent uses Article 6(1)(a). We retain correspondence and booking records for the relevant purpose and applicable legal retention obligations, restricting access when retention is still legally required.
Your rights
